Only my opinion but I think it would be better to check the vehicles over before hand over date. Especially brand new one's. Like my car was I had a call just before hand over was due saying there was a issue. Apparently there was a fault with the pedestrian safety system . So I had to rearrange vehicle hand over for Saturday 3rd of July instead. But the fault should have been found at the mini manufacturers. I'm pleased with the countryman getting use to in know. The new was delivered the previous Monday.

Do you do Complimentary Summer Checks for B.M.W'S.? Our other car is a 330 touring just over a year old . I cannot remember the number of B.M.W's we have had from you - 10+. Any chance of a complimentary summer check? We were looking at a countryman estate, automatic- your salesman although polite lacked enthusiasm . Disappointed by the part exchange amount offered for my vehicle and there seemed to be no flexibility on the forecourt price

No wash and valet, due to coranavirus. Where Mercedes have been doing it since beginning of April. And so have fiat bs marsdon. Found that disappointing.
