Ronnie was superb from start to finish and the only reason that I didn't purchase form her was the distance from where I lived

Ronnie Froelke was extremely pleasant and very professional. Had we purchased a car from Lookers this would have been our first experience of an online purchase and Ronnie gave us confidence that this would have been completed without a hitch. Was seen and assisted by Ronnie Froelke with regard to the new Mini Countryman. Following my telephone enquiry she had sent me a video message and emails with times, dates etc to view the car, followed up with a online link to the Mini brochure which contained all the info I need at this time. When viewing the car she was able to explain everything about the car and the other variants. Or to put it simply she was very professional and courteous
