I can’t fault the service and support we received from Ronnie. We were made to feel like her most important customers. No pushiness, very professional and very knowledgable about the Mini we were interested in. Nothing was too much trouble. We even had a follow up call the next day after buying our Countryman, which we really appreciated. Would have no hesitation at all in recommending you and especially Ronnie, to everyone.

Would have been useful to have been offered a service plan. Given the amount of business from my wife and I we feel the dealership could have treated us better and potentially had our new car benefitting from care packages.
