You should not be charging extra for petrol when spending so much on a car. I absolutely do not blame the staff for this, it is you as a company. I have not charged the dealership for the amount of fuel left in my car that I part exchanged so it should work both ways. I was also allowed to pay to reserve a car that had already been sold! Once again this is not on the dealership it's on Lookers. You need to make the website more responsive to what is happening. It's lucky the dealership were so pleasant otherwise I'd be giving you a rubbish rating.

Disappointed about the lack of availability of Mini Convertible cars in general & specifically the Seaside special edition, which is allegedly unable to be view at any dealers.

I was however offered a Cooper S by Emma Cureton who was most helpful, courteous and informative. Although I have now located a JCW at Derby Mini I will asap contact Emma with a view to viewing the Cooper S
