Excellent service given all the Covid 19 restrictions in place at the moment. The online interaction with Karl (the salesman) were well thought out and made the buying process go smoothly. Particularly helpful was the link to the YouTube "get to know your vehicle" video.

Sam Bhagania at Vauxhall star city was brilliant with us ,cannot fault him on his customer skills . He was very informative and explained everything to us with no hesitation. Perfect experience from start to finish absolutely brilliant customer service, friendly, professional and efficient! I couldn’t recommend Vauxhall enough, Sam went above and beyond I’m so happy I called Vauxhall and got through to Sam. Spoke to a few different t companies when looking for a new car and Sam blew every one out of the water, 10/10 for everything thank you Sam so much!
