The online service email to check in arrived around 2 days before my appointment which I found good as a useful reminderMy car was returned in a great condition. The staff were very kind and friendly. The drinks were good in the waiting area. There was a 23 minute delay on arrival to collect the keys and I was in the dealership an extra hour longer than I anticipated.

I was unable to use my Lap top prior to appointmentI was dealt with within a reasonable time frame , Jess was welcoming and friendly. The only thing Jess said my car would be valeted but it seemed it was not.
