Best service, I have ever received from any other business, related to car purchase- from the sales executive and the business manager.. couldn’t buy the car because of my financial commitment's, but it was great experience and well communicated process.Great environment and great people- Anzar Hussain and Jamie Sullivan are great professionals in the team..I would definitely approach Lookers in the future for car purchase, and definitely recommend to friends and family .. very happy with service provided. It was easy and quick to do and saved me time when dropping off the car.Online check-in; seen immediately I arrived; received updates of work; service concluded ahead of time allowing me to pick up the car at lunchtime so not having to finish work early; full breakdown of work done; no waiting when picking up car.

Overall the customer service is very good. However, some communication of what is offered is somewhat questionable. EG: when choosing my next Motability car in December 2023 I wasn't informed that the contract signed was now being passed to Lookers Selly Oak, whereas my previous cars were with Lookers Star city.

All down to the ease of booking and the five star customer serviceThe best customer service I have ever received, Lisa in the service dept was the most friendly, helpful and efficient person I could have wished for, my vehicle was brought in for a fault on the engine management system, the problem was quickly diagnosed and sorted and I was kept informed through the whole process
