Over all I knew my car was in great hands and it all seemed much professional and comfortable throughout.I had a great experience with vauxhal lookers the staff were very friendly and reassuring and explained everything in such a good manner I felt very comfortable and I knew my car was in great hands Thank you until next booking.

There was a slight problem with the bodywork on original collection day but your representative arranged to sort the problem and then delivered the car to my home address a few days later

I was very pleased with all aspects of the service that was provided. Joshua Lloyd was extremely helpful and made sure myself and my parents were comfortable and offered us hot drinks while we waited for a short period of time. Much appreciated!

The customer service by Aarti Patel and the business manager Jamie Sullivan was excellent. They were both so professional, knowledgeable and positive in the way they dealt with me as a customer.They were both outstanding + in their communication and very helpful and clear in outlining all of the options for finance.I had foolishly read Trust Pilot reviews on Lookers Vauxhall Birmingham and there were some bad reviews but the customer service from Aarti Patel and the business manager Jamie Sullivan gave me confidence and I intend to write some very positive feedback about my experience with Lookers Vauxhall Birmingham.

Patchy and was not updated enoughI was staggered at the amount of repair needed to pass the MOT particularly as there was no problem 12 months ago. Nevertheless I was kept informed throughout and the work was carried out to my complete satisfaction

Our car was picked up and delivered back to us by 2.00pm the same day and fortunately only the rear wiper blade was faulty. We are aware of Amber notes and will deal with them in the coming months
