Sandra at Vauxhall is a wonderful charming lady it is a shame she is leaving she took care of every thing and it was a very smooth process. I wish she could stay as when we build a rapport with a person they leave like the last Motability adviser good luck for the future.

Excellent customer service. I was kept informed of progress by Lilli Popa throughout the day. My car was clean when I collected it and Lilli walked me out to where it was park.Lilli is a credit to Vauxhall Star City and as on previous visits, she always goes above and beyond.
