Very informative at all times, was informed at every step and led through each step promptly, making the purchase simple and smooth. Also, went out of way to get me a best price. Would have preferred a sooner delivery date, and a free delivery, however I appreciated the honesty of prices to show transparency, which helped me trust the company further.
