Great customer service by Nisar

Although initially impressed with tbe customer service the lack of contact and communication between ordering vehicle and picking it up was very light on the ground i was cut off 5 times.

Nisar Ahmed was a really helpful sales person .He took the time to help me set up the Bluetooth for my phone and explained all the controls and operational things I needed to know.

Nisar was outstanding.

On day of collection, the V5 was not at the dealership and myself and the salesperson had to go to the Post Office to tax the car.

Staff were great. Availability is the main problem and I understand that is not an issue you have control over.

The vehicle I was interested in is still for sale. However the video presentation showed a car not ready for retailing - it wasn't clean and the glove box was broken, which are distinctly off-putting. I also had concerns about the price being asked for the vehicle; online valuation checks (with 'private' and 'dealer' prices) showed a bigger difference to the asking price. I'd be happy to negotiate if possible but at the current advertised price - this isn't the vehicle for me.
