Got my car from Vauxhall Star City had to return it 30 days later, but must say 10 out of 10 for the way they handle the deal I could see that there was team work going on in the back ground to help put things right credit to the TEAM ............Thank you Mr G Wicks.

I was ready to test drive the Grandland, but it was cancelled on the day because it was needed by the Manager. I had an Adv pymt awarded to me, so I've ordered an MG after test driving that. Only bad part of the experience was receiving a car with barely legal tyres , had to change all 4 straight away which is the last thing I would expect to do after buying a car from lookers

I bought a car from Lookers back in August, the car a Peugeot 208, was fine but was using a lot of oil which was noticed after about 3 months. Took it to an RAC approved garage and they said it had an internal leak but could not ascertain exactly where from.I phoned Star City about this issue and the response I received from them was exceptional. They said they would come and pick up the car from the south coast and do the appropriate diagnostics, but in the meantime if there was another car that interested us, then we could swap the car. We found another car, a Citroën C3, and Lookers delivered the car to us at no extra charge.Although there was huge inconveniences around not having a car for a period of time, during the train strikes, the customer service was fantastic and filled me with confidence about this company. I will use Lookers again if I need to get another car based purely on the after sales experience that I have hadThanks very much to Gareth, Alex, Martin and Nisar at the Star City branch
