I felt let down as the specs (electric wing mirrors, blind spot alert, Parking sensor, rear seat cup holder) that I ordered in my car, was missing. Vauxhall knew the issues and never think to let me know before I went to collect my car. I felt crushed. £500 compensation offered because of the missing specs, shouldn’t take 6 - 8 weeks to be paid out to me. Apart from that, I’m ok to recommend Vauxhall Star City to friends and family. This is my 3rd car from Vauxhall.**Update 24/11/2022 - Payment received.**

Martin helped me part exchange my old car for a newer model. From the outset with the initial enquiry onwards, he was helpful, informative, polite and funny! He explained all my options to me and no number of questions was ever too much for him. He was really patient and thorough, but never pressurised me even once to go through with the purchase. I was set on the car as soon as I saw it, but Martin still encouraged me to take it for a test drive before finalising paperwork. Lookers were nearly 200 miles from where I live, but I honestly believe it was worth the distance travelled. Within 48 hours if the initial enquiry, I had bought the car. Martin even went as far as arranging delivery within a couple of days as I was working and it was too far to travel during weekdays.Would recommend Lookers for sure, and it will be the first place I consider whenever I decide to change my car again.Thank you Martin!
