I had a great experience with Martin at Lookers, he was very polite and helpful and got me through everything i need. He has since kept contact with me and has helped me with all my future enquiries and questions.

As part of my service plan, my vehicle was supposed to have been washed. When I returned to collect it, this was not the case. My car was parked in a bay and had clearly not been cleaned.The customer service I received from Anastasia was excellent; she was professional, courteous and friendly and kept me informed throughout. Five stars *****

9th service/mot visit always had excellent service however this weekend really disappointed dropped car off told should be ready for 12 no issue with this had call 9.40 saying additional work required with cost again no issue agreed to this and told still should be done by 12 . At 12.50 still no call got answer machine for service team so tried sales gent who answered not the most helpful in fact told me service team gone home and nothing he could do…. Only when I put pressure on situation did he act. Told service gent was there car ready and that he had tried to call. On arrival told call was attempted but my phone was off ???? 12:45 mentioned I believe so with this in mind still well over 12 time promised however I had my phone on all morning no missed calls (worked when he called with extra cost ) was awaiting call as had appointment elsewhere at 2:30 ( not happy ended up having to cancel ) also he had my home number and of course could have text emailed as a back up. He could tell I wasn’t best pleased but don’t think really bothered just wanted to get my payment and I guess get away. Hopefully this is the exception rather than the norm like I say in the past service always been spot on. I also followed link in e mail to follow car journey all great but not updated highlighting complete in fact showed car still with technicians??? Why wasn’t this updated this would have helped … asked when picking up car he blamed technicians for not updating ??? Ironically before arrived home only 20 mins away my phone must have been working again as received text message from lookers along with further message with update on cars journey with it all being completed … who hit that button ?? Your feedback would be appreciated.

It would be a better experience if you provided more times and dates for the collect and return service. At present customers are restricted to a very few opportunities to use this facility.
