service plan with collection and return i am happy for the drivers to change the seat position and steering wheel for themselves but please put it back to where it was when you collected it as we dont all like to be virtually lying down when driving

We dropped the car off at 9am we was called to say to go pick the car up between 5:15pm to 6pm we had to wait for a taxi and due to traffic didn’t get their till 6 up on arrival no staff at the service desks so asked a man call salman? On the sales team he said that no keys had been left with them as this would usually happen if they knew someone was coming to pick up their car. He looked for the paperwork also if any notes was left he didn’t see any to then say we might have to go back the next day to get the car as no one was their, I wasn’t happy I needed it for work that night. He then called someone to find out where it all was and managed to get our keys and paperwork as we left and got in the car the handbrake was OFF and left in gear also no cover on the mats or seats and steering wheel, now I have oil footprint on my mat! (I have a picture) The car was washed on the outside but also a oil mark on the bonnet and it wasn’t cleaned inside. Really not happy with the after service this time and now have a ruined mat. I’ve also sent a complaint by email on the main website.
