Anastasia was amazing, even when my paperwork hadn't been printed off the day before in preparation. also was not impressed with the valeting team.

Hi, I attended Lookers, Star City due to seeing a used Hyundai Tuscan N Line. I had been searching online through Heycar, autotrader and others and I was saw a vehicle advertised at Lookers. I booked an appointment and was met by Nisar (Niz) Ahmed who was extremely helpful and a no point did I feel pressured to purchase anything there and then, I have found that some other companies appear to try and sell you anything even vehicles that I have not enquired about. Niz has a good knowledge of vehicles and I felt that he was doing everything he could to suit my budget. The manager introduced himself and was also very helpful. Jack was fantastic at communicating at all times throughout initial enquiry, showroom visit to finalising purchase. Jack even called afterwards to make sure I was happy with the car and to see if I had any worries or concerns
