The gentleman Sam who dealt with the sale was amazing at his job a credit to vauxhall nothing has been too much for him if I was to tell anyone to use lookers vauxhall I would be sending them to him he really has been great.

I was given a curtesy car for the duration of my car being serviced. The state of the car was disgusting, it was dirty from the outside and the inside was filthy. I thought the cars given would be clean and sanitised. I didn’t have time to go and complain at the time as I’m a NHS worker so had to get back to work.

We were informed over the telephone that my vehicle passed everything with flying colours. The person we dealt with was very pleasant and arranged transport for us to get home and again to pick up my vehicle.

I really must say the young lady who dealt with me was absolutely brilliant she made me more than welcome and really easy to talk to.I really think she needs to be pushed to a higher position within your company as you really have one excellent person you should be very proud of her
