When I arrived I was booked in by ayleshia, lovely polite girl , she explained the whole process, car was serviced in good time , then when it was done ayleshia booked me back out all done she took me to my car and a free tin of sweets which is a nice touch too , I would like to add I have been dealing with lookers for some years now and have got to say ayleshia is a credit to lookers star city , lookers should look after staff like ayleshia she made my experience all the better .Mr a carter

The service everything was fine . Only found that customer service needs improvement . At the service sales desk when I walked up there was about 3 to 4 people doing their work but no One actually looked up as I walked in, I stood for a couple of minutes looking at everyone till one of the advisor looked up and said can I help . I didn’t feel very wellcome . They should acknowledge a customer as soon as he walks up to the desk area. It would make us feel more wellcome .

This was a return trip to get my car fixed but it was hard fault to find, the staff were very helpful and friendly at all times especially Anton from the booking in desk at Star CityI would definitely recommend this dealership mostly because of the after sales service especially the staffThank you
