Other than making it easier for customers to park, Lookers Star City is an ideal place for a service. I thought Ayleshia was very professional and explained all the costs in detail. Her friendliness, customer service approach and knowledge make her a first class ‘ambassador’ for the Lookers Group.

I worked with Nisar Ahmed who tried to help me find a car during a very recent breakup. Whilst in the end I had to let it go as I could not find a suitable car, I was to praise his absolutely stellar customer service and everything he did to try help me. That man deserves a raise or a bonus.

I would like to advise that the service that I received from Lookers at Star City has been excellent. The driver Ray that came to collect my vehicle to take for service and MOT was an excellent representative of Lookers. He was extremely polite, professional and a very cheerful person. I received a call to advise my vehicle had arrived by Sally Jones ready for service and MOT and then had an update advising that the steering spring had snapped and did I want it replaced, that it could be done that day prior to the MOT, and she also gave me the price. I then received a call to say that it had been serviced, passed the MOT and that my vehicle would be back shortly. It arrived approximately 10 mins after the call. All in all it was a perfect experience for me, with no hassle. Thank you.
