The young lady who booket my morka in for a service and was very helpful. I was early she offered me a coffee and keep me informed by phone, and when I was talking to a salesperson the young lady brought the car around to the front. Very good service did not offer me a service plan because I already have one.

The service was excellent as I've always found. I am on a service plan and this was just for the mot. However, it was a very pleasant surprise to find the inside (including the upholstery), had been cleaned. Totally unexpected and very welcome. The extra touch that makes such a difference. Aleyshia kept me informed on the vehicles progress.

Sandra was lovely and so helpful.Although you don't probably know about the selly oak lookers, I must say they were awful. I was told flat out lies and Julie could barely answer my questions. Was such a relief that Sandra was excellent, almost put me off Lookers altogether after my experience at the Selly oak one.
