My visit to Lookers in Chester was to have my car serviced. I was greeted with a very helpful assistant who explained what to do & when to return when car would be ready. On my return the mechanic come through with the paperwork & explained all what had been done . I was given my keys with the advice of anything I wasn't happy with just to bring it back. My car sailed through & have had no problems since. All in all great customer service from very competent staff.

Only dealt with two gentlemen. Both very efficient and amiable. Helpful without being over pushy.
