Asked for return of car by a certain time - car was ready but not aware until I phoned in the afternoon - a message had been left on my home phone which I never check and as we were out would have thought call would be made to my mobile

Sometimes took longer than expected to contact the Sales Consultant, but always helpful when contacted. Ronan always found the answers and was patient with our lack of technical knowledge. Section 4 of your survey was not applicable, in our case.

I was told the service finished off with a wash and hoover.and it was exactly as I left it because I washed and hoovered but that’s fine I felt I had to mention it.
