Over all satisfied with the service provided. HOWEVER, I have used my car today to travel to work and noticed a scratch to the dash, and my passenger seat is stained. I travel a mile to work and travel alone, therefore I know I have not done this myself and this can only have happened at the dealership.

When I booked for a service the information about the service wasn't given. I was shocked when I was told I needed to replace a Cam Belt, and a Drive belt. If told at the booking I would have got them done before hand and saved money. Additional items brakes and coolant bottle required replaced but were ak for the Mot. These are now done, from reputable garage and I saved approx £130 on your quotation.

My vehicle arrived at dealership as the result of a motorway breakdown. I was kept informed of progress by Lynne who was very helpful. Whilst my vehicle was repaired it was serviced and MO T was carried out to save me another visit later in month. Thank you
