Excellent service from everyone I came into contact with at Sealand Road, Branch. My main contact being Matthew Critchley who has made sure the whole process from trading in to purchasing a new vehicle ran smoothly. I was very impressed with the customer service especially the way he insured I was kept fully informed at all times. He was, very quick to answer my queries either by phone or email. Matt was very professional throughout the whole experience and I welcomed the fact he was not 'pushy' and gave me time to think my options over. Also, a big shout out to Andy Enston as he took the time to explain to me the workings of the finance side in a way that I could understand. Thank you
