The whole service,from booking to collecting my vehicle,was excellent.

Mathew was very helpful when I decided to buy a car from lookers. He was polite and eager to assist me with paper work that i was unsure of. He also emailed me with updates about the car that I was buying. Lookers staff were all friendly and approachable. Many thanks for a good experience.

I know I pay for the service over the year, the collection etc included but it gives me peace of mind and ease of use, saving me the stress of booking annual leave off work or find a weekend on which to get my car MOT and Service because I am out of the house all day and not on flexi hours so need to book a day off work if done in the week. So having the car collected and returned is wonderful. The people helping me get it there from the morning organiser to the collector have been kind, friendly and helpful too. Even the collector remembered my locking nut :-) . Great service
