The service and MOT was all carried out artifactually. I only learned last month after 9 years on the plan that I could have a free courtesy car for the day or Lookers would have picked my car up from home and delivered it after the completion of the service. I was not offered either of these options when I booked my car in on any of the times in the last 9 years
