Excellent and prompt communication with a young lady (Olivia) who told me all I needed to know,what was required, when the repairs would be done and the total cost, which incidentally I ampleased to say was reduced by a significant amount, when I collected the car and paid the bill.

All good great service and professional, only thing was that the new battery in the key fob was inserted upside down so car would not lock until I revisited showroom the next day, quite funny really,,,
