Service Department were very good on the day, but upto then the aftersales service was not very good.

Diane kept us updated all the way way on the progress of our grandland through motability. She made the whole experience enjoyable.

Overall I felt the service I received was very good. However, I did expect that the tire pressures would have been reset and checked prior to returning the car to me. Did not expect to get in the car and the tire warning light to be on. I didn’t return the car as it would be more hassle to me so sorted it myself. This won’t stop me having my other tires done with you as overall the service was good but will ask that this is checked before returning.

Found the manager, Andy, and the sales advisor, Dayley very friendly and helpful. Have now bought 3 new cars from them over the last 10 years.

Peter Edwards could not have been more helpful. Very friendly and took the trouble to phone a couple of days after I picked the car to check that everything was okay.

The sales man Daley was excellent. He is so welcoming, professional and nothing too much trouble. He definitely adds to the pleasure of purchasing a new car. A huge asset for Lookers in my opinion.
