When I collected my car the fuel gauge was on empty. It cost me £99.89 to fill the tank. The invoice charged me for fuel, however, there was none in it. I was late for an appointment due to having to fill up. The windscreen was blinding in the sun due to a very bad valet of the windows. Matthew the sales rep was very helpful.

Maybe give the customers car a little clean before handing it back. And due to KIA Dealership being created in Sealand Road Lookers, there is no room for cars, parking and to be honest its a little dangerous. My car was blocked in by 3 other cars, and the frustration was clear on the gentleman who had to move them all. Maybe use external parking until its sorted.
