Staff are very friendly & helpful great service

The staff on the service desk are always really excellent - friendly, efficient and professional, which is not easy to consistently maintain in a customer service environment. This year I had a really bad time with the guy I spoke to when I booked in my service (not one of the staff from the service desk) - he sighed at me on the phone when I asked him to repeat into and he didn’t respond to emails following that, despite stating that was the best way to communicate.

Received good communication throughout with both Andy’s at lookers Cheshire. The only minor detail that I notice upon arrival. My new car had received a full valet prior however, it wasn’t dried properly as they were water marks/streaks on the interior, other than that everything had been amazing and easy.

Car was in for a recall noticd, but the parts weren't ordered even with over 4 weeks notice. So I had a day without a car, had to find transport to work to be called that the car wouldn't be done & had to come back again. But had no contact on when it will need to go back. Never had a bad experience before. Hopefully this is a 1 off
