Vehicle prepped but not valeted fully, had to do it myself when I got home. Smooth handover process, but had to wait for sales exec to take to the garage to put fuel in it. Wrong info given regarding vehicle tax cost, but overall happy with vehicle and service.

I booked the car in online as requested but still had to introduce myself and rebook the work at the desk when I delivered the car. I'm not sure what online booking was meant to achieve; I suppose the receptionist did have work documentation to hand when I went in.There isn't much to complain about other than some difficulty in asking for a date for MOT; there seem to be so many unnecessary questions to have to answer on the phone. Otherwise, the lady at the desk on MOT day was excellent, friendly and efficient and the job done. And the car passed its MOT!
