Sebastian was very good and very helpful. If.i was to be critical I feel.the valet when picking my car up could.of been abit better down the small details I.e dusty Airton vents and dirty cup folders

I am a Motability customer, so Service Plan is already included. Diane Jones could not have been more helpful. I was offered a coffee right away. Everything was explained clearly and all my questions were answered. I was taken around my new vehicle to see the many features; and inside the vehicle I was shown how to operate everything. Diane even set up my mobile phone with the car. The whole experience was first class!

I arranged a pick up and return from home. It turned out a brilliant move. The driver, Graham like all their staff was punctual and reliable and very personable. Hats off to Kerry too in the Chester office who kept me informed throughout the day. A lovely person to talk to.

Diane the mobility expert went above and beyond, nothing was to much trouble, i can't thank her enough. When collecting the car, she explained everything, i was unable to charge the car and she arranged for me to visit the dealership to charge my new car whilst awaiting the instillation of my charger, she also got another sales manage to explain how the charging apps worked and help me download the my Vauxhall app. Diane is a credit to your dealership, Regards Suzanne Jennerway
