The service and MOT was all carried out artifactually.I only learned last month after 9 years on the plan that I could have a free courtesy car for the day or Lookers would have picked my car up from home and delivered it after the completion of the service.I was not offered either of these options when I booked my car in on any of the times in the last 9 years
