I was informed of an oil leak from the gearbox of my car during the service. The car has only done 15,000 miles and it is concerning me. I have owned the car since 28 miles, I know it's history and I am concerned with this issue.

The work took longer than I was quoted when I checked in, and much longer than I would have expected for an MoT. I would have appreciated more communication as to why it was taking so long, as this could have caused an impact at work. Fortunately, I had booked a full day off.

Found some scratches on bonnet after visit wasn’t there before

Service Department were very good on the day, but upto then the aftersales service was not very good.

Diane kept us updated all the way way on the progress of our grandland through motability. She made the whole experience enjoyable.

Overall I felt the service I received was very good. However, I did expect that the tire pressures would have been reset and checked prior to returning the car to me. Did not expect to get in the car and the tire warning light to be on. I didn’t return the car as it would be more hassle to me so sorted it myself. This won’t stop me having my other tires done with you as overall the service was good but will ask that this is checked before returning.
