I would like to say that Glenn Meagan who I dealt with was excellent. There was no pressure or pestering which is always something that puts me off. Even though I did not go ahead with the deal I have been left alone to think about things.

As a customer who finds things like buying cars overwhelming he was very patient with me and made the experience very relaxing and nothing was too much for him. The service from start to finish was very quick and efficient just how I would prefer it to be.

I was a mobility customer so the answers I answered didn't apply to me Andy was superb from start to finish and also made me aware than my old car that was not as originally ordered from Ford they should have informed me to get in touch with mobility to made them aware which I was impressed with so again very impressed with service
