Received good communication throughout with both Andy’s at lookers Cheshire.The only minor detail that I notice upon arrival. My new car had received a full valet prior however, it wasn’t dried properly as they were water marks/streaks on the interior, other than that everything had been amazing and easy.

Car was in for a recall noticd, but the parts weren't ordered even with over 4 weeks notice. So I had a day without a car, had to find transport to work to be called that the car wouldn't be done & had to come back again. But had no contact on when it will need to go back. Never had a bad experience before. Hopefully this is a 1 off

Diane from motability (lookers chester)was lovely, helpful,and she kept in contact with me. She stressed if i need help to pop back any time she was just lovely from stsrt to finish

Thank you still thinking about purchasing a new car. I have a few months to come to a decision but I have been in contact with Daley at Chester and he has been very helpful and given me some options to think about.

I have had a service plan on many vehicles for many years, There are a few things that seem to be slipping from the service provided, First being the car used to be washed and hoovered out after each service this does not seem to happen now so that bodywork check could be done effectively, Spare wheel was not checked, excuse there was too much in boot but actually there was one loose empty shopping bag also I am not convinced tyres are checked or may be one, result on last service showed that drivers side hade more tread, but actually the passengers side was a new tyre and should of had more tread. Generally loosing confidence of what is actually done and what just has a quick look over. I would expect a more though inspection for a main service from a main dealer to be better considering the cost.Front of house service is good and could not fault them.
