The reception girls on the front desk are a credit to the company first class service and very hard working they both need to be rewarded for the work they do .

My vehicle is a Motabilty Lease car , so was collected from my home address very promptly , there was no communications on the day from the service to , other than the usual progress text to say car was ready and on way back, i was a little disappointed to find that in the past other dealerships gave my vehicle a wash and quick hoover , non of this took place on this occasion.

I am perfectly happy with the whole process and simplicity of buying my new car Daley himself was extremely friendly and helpful during the whole process and kept me updated throughout And he was especially helpful sorting out my personalised registration transfer for me I was also delighted to receive the car earlier then predicted 👍

The experience I had was second to none. I am well aware I was demanding and wanted things to be processed quickly due to my personal ans professional life. The staff member Daily I was being handled by was excellent to me and all of my family and any questions and needs I had were no bother at all and made the process very smooth and reassuring throughout. Couldn't be more happy, and can not think of any way the service could be improved. Can't thank you enough for your help and approach. Excellent service.

Diane was absolutely fantastic throughout the process it wouldn't of happened with her. She is also really friendly and takes time to get to know you. Not once did I feel uncomfortable in the dealership. Brilliant well done Diane lookers chester.
