Diane of the motability service was excellent. She was so helpful and went over and above to help me as I am very deaf. My daughter was with me and she also agreed that Diane was very very helpful. Often when my daughter is with me and they are told I am deaf they talk to my daughter not me but Diane was sooo respectful she did her level best to help me and talked to me . I cannot praise her enough!!!

Rob, our salesman was very helpful and friendly. it took an extra visit to get our deposit returned. For the sort of cars that Lookers sell the lack of an inclusive warranty package may be a barrier to purchasing from you (I know it can be arranged separately)
