I was very happy with the service I received from Rob at Lookers Vauxhall in Chester. He kept me up to date with when my vehicle would be ready and answered all my e mails to him very quickly . I was offered a few 'add on' products which I declined but he wasn't 'pushy' which was good . Very friendly and engaged through the process . Thanks Rob 😊

The Sales Executive Callum Lightfoot who dealt with me and my partner from inspection and choosing of the car was very attentive, helpful , friendly, and professional. He handled all aspects of the sale, including queries and execution of the financial paperwork very efficiently. He worked very hard, including on his day off answering my queries.
