Friendly, helpful and efficient staff

We were very pleased with Callum’s friendly and professional approach. We initially called in for information about the Corsa e but decided to have a closer look at a nearly new model on the forecourt. Following a short test drive we decided to buy it!

Kerry the receptionist at Chester lookers who is very new was outstanding she really was a delight my children who came with me collect the car mentioned her customer service. Peter my consultant was great and will be looking to attending back for my husbands new car also the manager Andrew was outstanding and very forward facing for his customers.

I liked being offered coffee each time we arrived. The salesman, Dale Hart, was courteous, knowledgeable, pleasant, not ‘pushy’ and very professional.

Our salesman Daley Evans, was very helpful and when we realised that a brand new car was working out too expensive he then helped us buy a nearly new vehicle, which was more affordable. He was polite and helpful and explained everything in detail for us.
