Service was excellent. Not pushy and very helpful and we were very impressed. However since visiting I’ve been able to join an employer scheme to source an electric car which is much more favourable financially for us so I’m not purchasing direct from a dealer.

I thought the staff I met at the dealership were, as expected for a main dealer; very helpful. Some suggestions that I would make for you are as follows: 1 - more available staff on site. I noticed a good few customers having to wait quite some time for a salesperson. I myself was happy to wait but could have been put off, particularly for the sales staff to amount of cars you have for sale ratio. 2 - whilst I was selecting a car to test drive and buy AT LEAST 3 times each of the cars were reserved via the online system basically from ‘right under me’ and I noticed NOT consequently purchased. I literally had a set of keys in my hand for a test drive when a separate member of staff walked out to the forecourt area and placed a ‘sold/reserved’ sticker on the screen without so much as a brief consultation with the on-site salesperson. To both our surprise and disappointment we only found out when we saw the sticker and had to come back inside to try to find a different car! I thought this was a ridiculous practice with someone physically in your showroom not having the slightest priority and consequently put me off from my - first, second AND third choice of vehicle to buy! As they all inevitably ended up as ‘reserved online.’ Again as I passed the dealership ultimately, not one was purchased. I did note my first choice of vehicle is STILL for sale. Sadly this practice put me off returning for another try. I would encourage you actually INFORM potential customers ON ARRIVAL of the reservation system as they walk into the showroom. That way it will at least save a lot of work from the sales team and customer disappointment, as in someone taking the time to actually come in to your showroom. Thus if I’d known I would have told my salesman to reserve the ‘first choice’ on arrival and most likely had purchased it on the day. I did carry out a lot of research into the model reviews etc and was looking forward to changing cars on the day! I would encourage as a priority, you take a look at a separate team member stealthing out to slap a reserved sticker on a car without any consultation with the sales team! It would have saved everyone a lot of wasted time. That said I feel your sales staff ‘saved the day’ with good humour and a humbling approach which meant I would consider a return to your dealership in the future. But…I’ll reserve at the door next time!

Great customer service

My service record book was not stamped and I had to visit the garage to have it stamped. It was soon sorted at the reception desk.

Service staff were lovely and explained things to me about my car, sent me video and rang me couple of times to keep me informed of different procedures!
