I normally have a phone call to say my car is ready to be picked up, however I didn’t get a phone call.

Very friendly reception staff,I asked for my car service to be completed by 2pm and this was done.

Overall I was very happy with the service provided. I would however had like to have been informed about certain features being taken off the car before collecting it. For example the only two features I wanted in the car was a heated seat and steering wheel - I was most disappointed when collecting the car to then be told that the heated steering wheel had been taken off! Also was promised a full tank of fuel which didn't happen. Other than that everyone was extremely friendly and more than helpful :)

The service I received was excellent. Service advisors Keith and Steve were most helpful, giving updates on progress as and when needed. Overall, very pleased.
