I was asked if I had a service plan rather than actually being offered one. I declined. Service carried out as per description, work sheet and price. Satisfied with the outcome. Vehicle returned in good condition and you'd even washed the bodywork, which I was grateful for! Thank you.

Unfortunately, during the visit to repair the handbrake, my vehicle was scratched on the paintwork. Lookers did not tell me but I saw it when I was collecting. They apologised and I am now waiting a date to be booked for a paint repair which is 3 days.

Peter the salesman was very pleasant and helpful, it was a pleasure to do business with him. The only blemish with my experience was that when collecting the car I queried the odd tyre pressure readings given by the sensors. The car was taken in and apparently checked, I was told that the pressures were correct and the sensors would adjust accordingly. A couple of days later the readings were still odd so I checked the pressures for myself to find that they were completely wrong. I inflated the tyres to the correct pressure and the sensors picked it up immediately, they have been consistent ever since. It may seem to be a small thing but your mechanic should have picked it up (certainly when notified of the situation), it does lead me to wonder whether anything else has been missed. For all that I am very pleased with the car and would happily do business with yourselves (especially Peter) in the future.

Excellent service but a booked waiting service is a long 2.5 hours is a long time to sit round maybe a fleet car for customers while service is being done ?
