I was not pressured at all. I walked round looking at the cars, found the one I fancied and I was given the key to look around it, I went into the sale room where I met with Peter Edwards who took my details and off I went for a test drive, I loved the car and on my return I knew this was the car I wanted. There was some paperwork to complete and I was offered a lovely coffee by Peter and after a while I was the new owner of a 2018 Vauxhall Corsa. Three days later I picked up my lovely gleaming valeted car (looking brand new) I am very happy with my new Corsa it is so quiet after my 11 year old rickety car with 107,000 miles on the clock! I don’t know what too me so long! I am so glad I went to Lookers and thank you to Peter Edwards who took the time to ring next day to let me know they are there if I need help, thank you

poor on communicationhad appointment to go in to order new Motability car, person had phoned in sick but no one thought to contact me to postpone visit. phoned twice 2 days later to see if order had been put on system. was promised a call back when i phoned at 11am. phoned back at 14.40 as no one phoned back. finally got a call back at 14.50

Excellent customer service and communication. With a new car I didn’t expect to have to return as many times as I have but the dealership was helpful throughout. My only issue was when I had an immediate issue initially the booking centre would not offer me an urgent appointment considering I need my car for work everyday. However all service since directly with the team at lookers had been brilliant.

I was very happy with the service I got the girls on reception were very helpful gave me a coffee said that she would keep me updated on how my car was progressing through the service.My car came out cleaned and vacuumed and I didn’t have to wait longer than was anticipated.Thank you very much to all the staff at Lookers Chester
