To save time I tried to book online but at the final stage the booking didn’t confirm and I had to ring the dealership to start the booking again. As a result I lost my original slot and had 15mins on the phone which I was hoping to avoid. When at the dealership Rebecca was amazing and when I mentioned that I the car wasn’t hoovered on the last service she arranged for it to be valeted this time around. She also spent time with me going through the service plan. Friendly genuine service. A credit to you
