I came in on Friday the 18th of March to test drive a Vauxhall Corsa, the salesman Callum Lightfoot was so lovely and so helpful. The car I had came in to test drive had been sold but Callum found me a better Corsa with a better deal couldn’t be more happier with my experience at Vauxhalls, all the staff was really lovely and helpful especially Andrew Enston who helped me get everything else sorted. Will definitely be coming back in future for a new car.

I was told that I could track my vehicle on line which I did. By 4pm it stated that it was still not ready so I phoned to ask when it would be and it was ready. By the time I picked it up I was caught in a horrific traffic jam on Aston Hill. It had been in since 8.30 so plenty of time to sort it out. Obviously the tracking of the vehicle was not updated

I was very pleased with the service I received. My car was picked up from my work place, at a time that suited me. Was returned at a time that was said it would be. I would just like to thank the engineer that picked up the as being very nice and explained what would happen. A great team to deal with.

Just a very minor point, i brought my vehicle into the dealership at 0800, I thought that I may have got it back before 1630 to avoid peak traffic conditions when driving back home. Was the reason for this the MOT? I would say that all the staff I spoke to were brilliant and they informed me of its completion in plenty of time for me to get the two buses to the dealership.
