Friendly staff and good communication

Although I recieved message back that my vehicle had been booked in when I got to dealership on the day I found out that my vehicle had been booked in to Birmingham instead of Chester. But thankfully the dealership at Chester were able to accommodate me on the day.

Purchase went smoothly, finance sorted and good communication. The car is going well but the external paint condition had many scratches, most of which have polished out after 2 days of hard slog. Being purchased on line these were not highlighted, but were noted on the delivery form from the delivery driver. Needs an alloy refurbishing due to evidence of kerbing which is going to cost over £50.00, also highlighted on delivery form, but had I known previously would have insisted on doing, or simply not purchasing vehicle. My max monthly budget had been stipulated at £375, but seemed to rise to £383 by the time transaction was done!? Not a lot more, but still! Its starting to look like a 10 month old car now, but taken a lot of effort.

I live in Worcestershire and bought my car in Chester so a service plan was not appropriate. I paid cash for the car so did not talk about finance. I was very happy with the service received

I was made to feel very welcome. Everything I asked was never too much trouble. I was delt with by a lady called Diane and she was so helpful. I would recommend to anyone and would defo return at a later date
