To save time I tried to book online but at the final stage the booking didn’t confirm and I had to ring the dealership to start the booking again. As a result I lost my original slot and had 15mins on the phone which I was hoping to avoid. When at the dealership Rebecca was amazing and when I mentioned that I the car wasn’t hoovered on the last service she arranged for it to be valeted this time around.
