I am a motability customer and have dealt with lookers vauxhall Chester,for many, many years,Diane Jones is the motability expert there,and Diane is the reason that I continue to order and collect my vehicles from Lookers vauxhall Chester, Diane is professional,patient,friendly and caring, she is a credit to vauxhall and also to motability and also to herself as she is such a lovely person ! Callum was the sales guy that assisted us with our enquiry. Callum’s attitude and helpfulness was excellent he arranged a test drive and answered all our questions .Unfortunately after considerable thought we decided a convertible car was not practical for our needs, our decision was purely on this and not on Callum’’s assistance.We believe that it was Callum’s 2nd week in his new post and with the correct assistance from management he could be successful in his career.Graham and Llinos Roberts.
