Overall experience will depend on how quickly a fault that appeared with the vehicle after 5 miles after leaving the dealership is sorted. No service book / history with this vehicle either..

I didn’t buy a car, but was getting my new mobility car through yourselves. It’s the first time I’ve used the dealership and found the lady I dealt with - Diane - to be very helpful and informative. She talked me through everything so I understood, and was very hospitable when I attended my appointments at the showroom.
