I was very pleased with the service I received.My car was picked up from my work place, at a time that suited me. Was returned at a time that was said it would be.I would just like to thank the engineer that picked up the as being very nice and explained what would happen. A great team to deal with.

Just a very minor point, i brought my vehicle into the dealership at 0800, I thought that I may have got it back before 1630 to avoid peak traffic conditions when driving back home. Was the reason for this the MOT? I would say that all the staff I spoke to were brilliant and they informed me of its completion in plenty of time for me to get the two buses to the dealership.

I have commented on the separate Vauxhall survey that Vauxhall nationally could benefit from reviewing its Masterfit card procedures as my vehicle details were fully in order online, but no update to my card had been issued on a change of vehicle. VX Customer Care seemed a bit unsure in their advice. However Lookers did honour the discount just as my local dealer did in previous years, so I'm happy.
